About the Artist

Greetings to all, I am Beata. At the heart of my identity, I am a devoted mother, an advocate for conservation, a naturalist at my core, and an artist deeply inspired by wildlife. My artistic expression is a reflection of my profound bond with the wilderness, which I strive to preserve and protect. Through my art, I aim to communicate my fervent commitment to conservation and my hope that it resonates with others. My pieces often blend a sense of realism with elements of expressionism and impressionism, all infused with an immense amount of love and dedication. In my creative process, I employ a diverse palette of mediums, from the fluidity of watercolours to the boldness of acrylics, the precision of inks, and the versatility of pencils. My workshops are designed not only to teach art but to inspire a community of like-minded individuals who share a passion for wildlife and the environment. As a wildlife conservationist, my art serves as a conduit for raising awareness and inspiring action. It is my belief that through art, we can forge a deeper understanding of the natural world and our role in its stewardship. Each creative spark is a commitment to the creatures that roam this wondrous planet, and every piece I create is a tribute to the beauty and resilience of the wild.

I am based outside of the artists town of Kirkudbright in Dumfries and Galloway.
